Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join the Carvana team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer service-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of automotive warranties. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and experience in customer relations, as well as a solid understanding of applicable warranty policies and procedures. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. The successful candidate will also be analytical and organized, with the ability to think quickly and make sound judgments.If you are passionate about helping customers and have a proven track record of success in customer service and warranty administration, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations -Identify and resolve customer warranty issues in a timely manner -Investigate and analyze warranty claims and develop appropriate solutions -Assess warranty status and program eligibility for customers -Ensure accuracy of warranty policies and procedures -Provide customers with detailed information about warranties and policies -Maintain records of customer warranty claims and inquiries -Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction -Proactively monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements -Perform administrative duties as required -Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and regulations
