Warranty Administrator

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join the Carvana team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer service-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of automotive warranties. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and experience in customer relations, as well as a solid understanding of applicable warranty policies and procedures. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations -Identify and resolve customer warranty issues in a timely manner -Investigate and analyze warranty claims and develop appropriate solutions -Assess warranty status and program eligibility for customers -Ensure accuracy of warranty policies and procedures -Provide customers with detailed information about warranties and policies -Maintain records of customer warranty claims and inquiries -Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction -Proactively monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements -Perform administrative duties as required -Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and regulations
