- Oversee the warranty and service contract processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service to Carvana customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warranty and service contract processes.
- Monitor customer inquiries and complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty and service contracts.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Identify and troubleshoot process inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the automotive industry.
- Prepare reports on warranty and service contract performance.
