Warranty Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the warranty and service contract processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Provide excellent customer service to Carvana customers.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve warranty and service contract processes.
4. Monitor customer inquiries and complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
5. Maintain accurate records of warranty and service contracts.
6. Work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Identify and troubleshoot process inefficiencies.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
9. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the automotive industry.
10. Prepare reports on warranty and service contract performance.
