We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join the Carvana team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Vehicle Purchasing Specialist is a key member of our team who is responsible for managing and executing vehicle purchases from various sources. This individual must be highly organized and an excellent communicator who is comfortable working both in-person and remotely.To be successful in this role, the Vehicle Purchasing Specialist must have a minimum of two years of experience in vehicle purchasing, customer service, and/or sales. Knowledge of vehicle specifications and familiarity with the automotive industry is also required. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They must also have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

1. Identify and source vehicles from various sources.
2. Manage and execute vehicle purchases.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
4. Maintain knowledge of vehicle specifications and industry trends.
5. Negotiate purchase prices with vendors.
6. Monitor inventory and budgets to maximize purchasing efficiency.
7. Maintain records of all vehicle purchases and negotiate warranties and service contracts with vendors.
8. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful purchases and deliveries.
9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
10. Provide customer support as needed.
