Vehicle Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Carvana. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle purchasing, from sourcing to closing the deals. This is an essential role in helping Carvana continue to fulfill our mission of making the car buying experience easier and more convenient for our customers.To be successful in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of the car buying process, as well as experience in negotiation and sales. You must also have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. 1. Source and negotiate deals with car vendors to purchase vehicles for Carvana.
2. Maintain accurate records of all vehicle purchasing transactions.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels of cars in stock.
4. Develop relationships with vendors to ensure best prices and quality vehicles.
5. Ensure that all vehicles purchased meet Carvana’s standards of quality.
6. Implement strategies to maximize Carvana’s profits when purchasing vehicles.
7. Analyze the car buying process and identify areas for improvement.
8. Provide excellent customer service when communicating with vendors.
9. Resolve any customer service issues quickly and effectively.
10. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that arise during the vehicle purchasing process.
