As a Vehicle Condition Inspector, you will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting Carvana's inventory vehicles, assessing their condition, and ensuring they meet company guidelines.The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive industry, a strong technical understanding of cars, and a passion for problem solving. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of Carvana’s inventory vehicles, assessing their condition and ensuring they meet company guidelines
• Utilize strong technical understanding of cars and problem-solving skills to diagnose any issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Prepare detailed reports on vehicles’ condition and ensure all information is accurately documented
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Vehicle Condition team to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes that could enhance the Vehicle Condition process
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with customers
