Vehicle Condition Inspector

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Condition Inspector to join the Carvana team! The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for customer excellence and a strong commitment to quality. The main responsibility of the Vehicle Condition Inspector is to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's standards for quality and appearance. If you have a background in automotive repair or inspection, a talent for problem solving and a dedication to customer service, we want to hear from you! Minimum Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in automotive repair or inspection• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Knowledge of basic automotive systems and components• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet Carvana's standards for quality and appearance.
2. Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments as required to meet Carvana's standards.
3. Read and understand technical diagrams to diagnose and repair vehicles.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with company policies.
6. Adhere to safety procedures while working on vehicles.
7. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
8. Maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
