Vehicle Condition Inspector

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Vehicle Condition Inspector to join the team at Carvana. As part of our inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles entering our inventory meet our quality standards. This role requires a unique combination of technical aptitude, attention to detail, and sound judgment. If you’re passionate about the automotive industry and have a keen eye for detail, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of vehicle features and components, as well as experience working with hand and power tools. A valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills are also essential. Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet Carvana’s quality standards.
2. Utilize hand and power tools to complete necessary repairs.
3. Accurately document vehicle condition and any necessary repairs.
4. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
5. Communicate effectively with other inspection team members and supervisors.
6. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
7. Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues.
8. Stay up to date on current automotive trends and technologies.
9. Work both independently and collaboratively.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction with completed inspections.
