Title and Registration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Title and Registration Specialist to join our growing Carvana team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of vehicle titles and registrations. Your excellent customer service skills will be essential in helping our customers complete their title and registration process.To be successful in this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in title and registration processing, preferably in the automotive industry. You must also be highly organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Most importantly, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of vehicle titles and registrations.
2. Provide excellent customer service to customers throughout the title and registration process.
3. Monitor vehicle titles and registrations for accuracy and completion.
4. Maintain updated records of all vehicle titles and registrations.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure that all title and registration documents are submitted correctly and in a timely manner.
6. Resolve customer inquiries related to title and registration processing.
7. Identify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
8. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and conduct all customer interactions in a friendly and courteous manner.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
