Title and Registration Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare title and registration documents in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
2. Coordinate title transfers for customers and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
3. Work with customers to ensure that all necessary information is provided for title and registration processes.
4. Provide accurate and timely updates to customers on the status of their title and registration processes.
5. Analyze customer information to ensure that all necessary documents are in order.
6. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to their questions.
7. Review and update records of all transactions to ensure accuracy.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
9. Identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
10. Monitor changes in legislation and regulations pertaining to title and registration processes.
