Responsibilities:

1. Manage the title and registration process for Carvana vehicles from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all documentation.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable state title and registration laws.
3. Track and monitor all paperwork to ensure proper completion and submission.
4. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for vehicle titles and registrations.
5. Liaise with customers, vendors, and other third parties to acquire and submit required documents.
6. Verify accuracy of title and registration documentation.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
8. Provide prompt and knowledgeable customer service.
9. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork.
10. Stay up-to-date with changes in state title and registration regulations.
