Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist:

1. Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure optimal quality for products and processes.
2. Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and discrepancies found in test results.
3. Utilize automated testing tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency of test results.
4. Monitor and report progress and results of quality assurance activities.
5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding quality issues.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of quality assurance standards.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends.
8. Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality assurance processes.
9. Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for changes.
