Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist for Carvana, you will help ensure the highest quality products for our customers. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for quality assurance. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with our products.The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and an understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams across various departments. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines. A degree in a related field and experience with automated testing tools is preferred. 1. Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure that Carvana products meet the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality before release.
3. Monitor and track product defects to ensure timely resolution.
4. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
6. Create and review documentation related to product quality.
7. Develop and maintain automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
9. Work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
10. Provide regular feedback to key stakeholders on product quality and performance.
