Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Manage complex logistics tasks, including tracking shipments and coordinating with vendors and carriers.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot logistics issues, such as delays, missed deadlines, and other problems.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and carriers to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
4. Analyze and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to logistics.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor and update inventory levels and purchase orders.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to logistics operations.
9. Proactively identify opportunities to improve logistics operations and processes.
10. Assist with other logistics-related duties as needed.
