Inventory Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure they meet customer demands.
2. Maintain accurate records of inventory, including entering data into inventory management systems.
3. Utilize inventory management software to track and monitor inventory levels.
4. Receive and process incoming stock and supplies.
5. Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Ensure inventory is stored securely and safely.
7. Ensure products are labeled and stored properly.
8. Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and other relevant documentation.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
10. Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to confirm accuracy.
11. Troubleshoot and investigate inventory discrepancies.
12. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
