Inventory Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Associate to join the Carvana team! As an Inventory Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing the inventory of our vehicles, ensuring accuracy, and helping customers find the right car for their needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping people. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and record inventory of vehicles, ensuring accuracy.
2. Assist customers in finding the right car for their needs.
3. Maintain and organize inventory records.
4. Ensure inventory is accurately counted and stored.
5. Communicate with customers, staff, and other stakeholders regarding inventory matters.
6. Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as necessary.
7. Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing inventory.
8. Generate reports to track inventory levels and performance.
9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
10. Lift and carry products and materials weighing up to 50lbs.
11. Operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
12. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
13. Utilize Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage inventory.
