Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for accurate record-keeping? Carvana is looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team and help manage our inventory operations!In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. To be successful, you should be knowledgeable in inventory management processes and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of inventory control or related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory control software. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory records
  2. Multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  3. Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures
  4. Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movement
  5. Perform regular inventory checks
  6. Process orders accurately and efficiently
  7. Investigate discrepancies in inventory records
  8. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  9. Troubleshoot inventory issues
  10. Utilize Microsoft Office and inventory control software
