We are looking for a Customer Service Delivery Advocate who is passionate about delivering a superior customer experience. We’re looking for someone who is a team player, is able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and is excited to join our mission of providing an unmatched customer experience.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and a proven track record of problem-solving and communication skills. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy and has experience with customer service tools, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, and resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the face of Carvana, representing our values and commitment to our customers. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Delivery Advocate:
