
Customer Experience Specialist
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Customer Experience Specialist to join the Carvana team! As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure that they have a positive experience from start to finish. You should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who truly cares about delivering outstanding customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be committed to providing our customers with an exemplary level of service. You should also be able to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, call center experience, or a related field. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and be comfortable using customer service software. Previous sales experience is a plus. Above all else, you should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be motivated to continually go the extra mile to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing assistance.
- Develop and maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond appropriately.
- Identify customer service trends and recommend changes to improve customer experience.
- Train and support new customer service representatives.
- Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
- Track customer service metrics and report findings to management.
- Analyze customer service data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
