
Customer Experience Specialist
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join the Carvana team! This person is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating a world class customer experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, patient, and passionate about helping customers. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues. They should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering quality customer service. The successful candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent technical understanding. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a customer-first mindset. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and an understanding of customer experience best practices. Having a technical background is a plus.
