
Customer Experience Specialist
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Carvana. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers to ensure a positive and successful car buying experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy and a commitment to going above and beyond to meet customer needs. You should also be able to quickly and accurately process customer requests and be comfortable working with a variety of computer systems and software.
