Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Carvana. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers to ensure a positive and successful car buying experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy and a commitment to going above and beyond to meet customer needs. You should also be able to quickly and accurately process customer requests and be comfortable working with a variety of computer systems and software. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful car buying experience.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Build relationships with customers through empathy and a commitment to customer needs.
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues.
  5. Accurately process customer requests and orders.
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Utilize computer systems and software to complete customer orders.
  8. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and adjust service practices accordingly.
  10. Remain up to date on current products, services, and industry trends.
