We’re looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented customer advocate to join Carvana’s team. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for helping people, an eye for detail, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. If you’re an organized professional who is passionate about customer service, we’d love to hear from you!As the Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and responding to customer inquiries. You’ll also be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints, and ensuring customers are satisfied with our products and services. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to foster customer loyalty and build long-term relationships with customers.To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required. You should also be comfortable using computers and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Finally, you must be able to work effectively in a team environment and remain professional and courteous even in challenging circumstances.
