Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction with the Carvana service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a knowledgeable and efficient manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions on how to improve the customer service experience.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of customer data.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Remain up to date on Carvana products, services, and promotions.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and work with management to implement changes.
- Assist with training new customer service staff as needed.
