Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by following up on customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Proactively identify customer issues and provide solutions.
- Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and information.
- Monitor customer satisfaction ratings and address areas of concern.
- Maintain a high level of customer service standards and quality assurance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution to their inquiry.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer feedback and provide reports to management.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
