Job Description

At Carvana, we’re looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Advocate to join our team. As an advocate, you’ll be the face of our company responsible for creating a positive customer experience. You should be an excellent communicator, have an eye for detail, and be committed to finding creative solutions for our customers. If you’re excited about helping people and building relationships, then we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong aptitude for customer service, be able to think quickly on their feet, and have a positive attitude. A successful Customer Advocate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, be able to work independently, and have an understanding of customer-facing technologies. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and find creative solutions to customer issues.
  3. Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  4. Manage customer accounts and resolve any customer complaints.
  5. Stay up to date on company products and services and have an understanding of customer facing technologies.
  6. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  7. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experience.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
