As a Customer Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers as they navigate their car buying journey. You will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction and take ownership of their experience.We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and is comfortable working with a variety of online tools. A successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on their feet. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.We want an individual who is passionate about customer service, has a can-do attitude and enjoys helping others. Responsibilities:
