We at Carvana are looking for an experienced Customer Advocate to join our team and help us to continue providing the best customer experiences in the industry. As a Customer Advocate, you will be the voice of our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a personalized customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a desire to exceed customer expectations. You will need to have excellent knowledge of our products and services, and the ability to think quickly and creatively in order to provide the best customer service.If you are passionate about customer service and have the necessary skills, we would love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  3. Provide personalized customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Carvana's products and services.
  5. Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to the leadership team.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to creatively find solutions to customer inquiries.
  7. Maintain accurate customer records in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements as needed.
  9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
