  1. Provide exceptional customer service through responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  3. Remain current on product and industry knowledge to ensure customers are informed and satisfied.
  4. Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships and trust.
  5. Foster a customer-focused environment by demonstrating a commitment to going above and beyond customer expectations.
  6. Manage multiple customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure customer data is properly stored and secured.
  8. Utilize feedback from customers to suggest improvements to the customer experience.
