Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and provide exceptional customer service to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the car lot, including trash removal, vacuuming, and detailing of vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are ready to be sold, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and engine performance.
• Monitor and ensure the security of the lot and vehicles.
• Manage all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles on the lot.
• Assist with the scheduling and maintenance of vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Remain up to date on industry trends and developments.
