Car Lot Attendant

As a Car Lot Attendant, you'll be the face of Carvana and the first point of contact for our customers when they come to pick up their vehicles.The ideal candidate for this role should have a positive and friendly attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for cars. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and answer any questions they may have about the car buying experience.
2. Assist customers in locating their vehicles on the Car Lot.
3. Ensure that all vehicles are in clean and presentable condition upon customer pick-up.
4. Perform light maintenance tasks on the cars, such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, and topping off fluid levels.
5. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Car Lot.
6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
7. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
