The successful candidate will be responsible for painting new and used vehicles with a high level of accuracy and quality. Our ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual who is detail-oriented and has a passion for the automotive industry.The successful Automotive Painter will need to have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with automotive painting, as well as a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. A successful Automotive Painter at Carvana must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable using a variety of tools and equipment. Responsibilities for Automotive Painter: -Paint vehicles with a high level of accuracy and quality -Ensure safety procedures are followed when using tools and equipment -Maintain a clean working environment -Inspect finished work for quality assurance -Follow manufacturer instructions for paint and materials -Apply touch-up and refinishing as needed -Utilize airbrush, spray gun, and other painting equipment as required -Maintain records of paint and materials used -Adhere to all company policies and regulations
