Automotive Painter

We at Carvana are looking for an Automotive Painter to join our team and take our car detailing services to the next level! The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive painting industry, as well as an eye for detail and a passion for cars. We are looking for a team player who will help us provide our customers with an unforgettable experience.The Automotive Painter will be responsible for ensuring that our cars look as perfect as possible. They will work with a variety of paints, primers, and other materials to give our vehicles a flawless finish.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive painting, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform automotive painting services, including painting vehicles with primer, basecoat, and clearcoat in accordance with Carvana standards.
2. Ensure that all vehicles are properly prepared and painted to achieve a flawless finish.
3. Utilize a variety of paints, primers, and other materials to complete painting services.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Inspect vehicles to ensure painting services meet Carvana standards.
6. Communicate with team members and customers to ensure that all expectations are met.
7. Monitor supply levels and order more paint and other materials as needed.
8. Maintain records of all painting services performed.
9. Follow all safety protocols and report any issues to management.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
