Responsibilities:

1. Prepare cars for painting, including sanding and cleaning surfaces.
2. Mix and apply paint to cars according to precise specifications.
3. Inspect painted vehicles for quality control.
4. Maintain and clean paint shop and equipment.
5. Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the shop.
6. Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure quality work.
7. Follow all instructions from supervisors and adhere to company guidelines and regulations.
8. Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
9. Identify and report any potential safety hazards.
10. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
