• Provide luxury service by welcoming and offering refreshments to clients as well as supporting the service Advisors and Service Salon teams.
• Transporting client pieces between the front-of-house service salon and back-of-house workshop.
• Prepare repairs to be shipped to clients via Fedex software to different workshops, outside vendors, and off-site service locations.
• Assist with receiving repairs, spare parts, and supplies as well as monthly repair inventories and bi-annual stock inventories.
• General department upkeep; stocking of watch/jewelry pouches, shopping bags, cleaning kits, etc.
• Act as stand-in Service Advisor when needed; basic repair registration/collections
