Job Description

We are looking for a highly-motivated Store Planner to join the team at Carrefour. This position is responsible for developing and implementing store layouts and design plans that maximize customer satisfaction, sales, and profit goals. As Store Planner, you will be a key part of our team, providing creative insights and store design solutions.This position requires a creative and strategic thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an eye for detail. A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field is desired, and experience in retail store design or layout is preferred.If you are looking for a hands-on opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement store layouts and design plans that maximize customer satisfaction, sales, and profit goals.
  2. Provide creative insights and store design solutions.
  3. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Ensure accuracy in design plans with an eye for detail.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify new opportunities and ideas for store layout and design.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current trends in retail store design and layout.
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing store designs.
  9. Create reports and presentations to communicate design plans to stakeholders.
  10. Manage all aspects of store design and layout projects from concept to completion.
