Store Management Trainee

Working knowledge of retail systems and processes, as well as an understanding of labor laws, are essential requirements. The successful candidate must also have strong communication and people skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff and ensure store operations are running efficiently and effectively
2. Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary
3. Train and develop staff and ensure that customer service standards are met
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
5. Manage store inventory and ordering of stock
6. Assist in budgeting and forecasting
7. Develop and implement store promotions and marketing strategies
8. Monitor store safety and security
9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
10. Analyze store data and provide business insights to upper management
