Retail Associate

Carrefour is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Associate to join our customer-centric team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing excellent customer service and helping to ensure that our store is well-stocked and organized. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with customers, build relationships, and help create a positive shopping experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
3. Ensure that the store shelves are stocked and well-organized.
4. Maintain an accurate record of stock levels and report any discrepancies.
5. Process customer payments quickly and accurately.
6. Monitor customer traffic and react quickly to peak periods.
7. Keep up to date with current promotional offers and actively promote them.
8. Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
9. Ensure the store’s visual standards are upheld.
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
