Quality Assurance Assistant

In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and services. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and has strong attention to detail, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field, and at least two years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field. You should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. In addition, you should have a good understanding of industry and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the highest quality standards for Carrefour products and services.
2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
3. Monitor and analyze compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
4. Identify and assess areas for improvement in quality assurance processes.
5. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
6. Evaluate product quality and ensure products meet customer and industry standards.
7. Utilize appropriate testing methods and tools to analyze product performance.
8. Monitor and document quality assurance activities.
9. Prepare and present reports on quality assurance metrics.
10. Troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions.
11. Train and mentor other Quality Assurance personnel.
12. Maintain valid driver’s license.
