1. Evaluate the quality of Carrefour products and services to ensure they meet company standards.
2. Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures to improve the quality of products and services.
3. Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and take corrective action.
4. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards.
5. Generate detailed reports of quality assurance results and present them to relevant stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
7. Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest quality assurance trends and technologies.
9. Maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities.
10. Act as a mentor to other Quality Assurance employees.
