
Operations Assistant
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Assistant to join the Carrefour team! As our Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks related to our operations, from data entry to customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a high level of customer service expertise. You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with various team members and customers. Experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred but not required.We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. Responsibilities:
- Managing customer service inquiries, responding to customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Entering data into the company's operations system.
- Assisting with the management of day-to-day operations including ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, and tracking progress.
- Ensuring accuracy of data, documents, and records.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and processes.
- Assisting with inventory management and the reconciliation of sales reports.
- Liaising with various suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintaining and updating operational records, including customer information.
- Assisting with the preparation of operational reports.
