Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Assistant to join our team at Carrefour. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A successful Operations Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of administrative experience, knowledge of customer service principles, and experience with basic office software. We are looking for someone with the motivation to take initiative, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering results with integrity. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain the smooth running of daily operations in the Carrefour office.
  2. Provide administrative support to staff and management.
  3. Handle customer service inquiries and complaints.
  4. Ensure that all office systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient office operations.
  6. Manage office supplies and inventory.
  7. Create and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency.
  8. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
  9. Liaise with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
