Job Description

At Carrefour, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our staff, troubleshooting IT issues, and administering our company's computer networks.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, a strong understanding of network infrastructure, and the ability to think critically and work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
  2. Administer Carrefour's computer networks.
  3. Monitor computer system performance and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Develop and implement procedures for IT system maintenance and upgrades.
  5. Configure and install hardware and software.
  6. Maintain records of software licenses and hardware inventory.
  7. Respond to inquiries from staff regarding computer software and hardware operations.
  8. Troubleshoot network issues and identify solutions.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.
  10. Train staff on usage of IT systems and software.
