
IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Administer Carrefour's computer networks.
- Monitor computer system performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement procedures for IT system maintenance and upgrades.
- Configure and install hardware and software.
- Maintain records of software licenses and hardware inventory.
- Respond to inquiries from staff regarding computer software and hardware operations.
- Troubleshoot network issues and identify solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.
- Train staff on usage of IT systems and software.
