Job Description

The successful candidate will be a problem solver, creative thinker, and have the necessary skills to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of technical support.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in IT support, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to Carrefour customers.
  2. Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  4. Remain up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  6. Create and implement IT solutions to improve customer service.
  7. Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance.
  8. Document customer issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate customer service.
