
HR Assistant
As an HR Assistant at Carrefour, you will be the face of our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks and providing support to our HR department. You will need excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask. You should also have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Generate reports and analyze data related to HR processes
