
HR Assistant
Are you an experienced HR Assistant looking to join a leading international retailer? Carrefour is looking for a new HR Assistant to join our HR team and help support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This is a great opportunity to work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an HR role and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding activities, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and providing orientation to new hires.
- Maintain HR records and update employee information in databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks.
- Answer employee questions and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various HR programs, such as employee development initiatives and employee recognition events.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Research and analyze data to provide reports and recommend solutions.
- Remain up-to-date on best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
