Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Assistant looking to join a leading international retailer? Carrefour is looking for a new HR Assistant to join our HR team and help support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This is a great opportunity to work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an HR role and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should be highly motivated, reliable and have the ability to work under pressure.If you think you have the right qualifications and skills for this role, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruiting and onboarding activities, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and providing orientation to new hires.
  2. Maintain HR records and update employee information in databases.
  3. Assist with payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks.
  4. Answer employee questions and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of various HR programs, such as employee development initiatives and employee recognition events.
  8. Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and special projects.
  9. Research and analyze data to provide reports and recommend solutions.
  10. Remain up-to-date on best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
