
HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to all departments within the organization.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee relations activities such as investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide guidance and support to management team on various HR matters.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for HR documents.
