
HR Assistant
At Carrefour, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who is passionate about making a difference and helping our team achieve its goals. The HR Assistant must demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role. The successful candidate will have a firm understanding of Human Resources principles and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources principles and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee data in HR software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support to managers and employees in handling employee relations issues.
- Research best practices and develop strategies to enhance HR processes.
- Assist with payroll, performance reviews, and other HR projects as needed.
- Prepare reports and other documents related to Human Resources.
- Lead and participate in special Human Resources projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
