Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Carrefour. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping customers and will be able to provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, an ability to remain calm under pressure and an outgoing personality. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Gather customer information and assess needs to provide the best customer service experience

• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions

• Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as necessary

• Analyze customer feedback and suggest opportunities for improvement

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

• Refer unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team

• Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and address any concerns

• Adhere to customer service policies and procedures

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Carrefour products and services
