Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team at Carrefour and provide superior customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess a strong customer service focus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to help our customers find solutions to their needs and build trust with them. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  3. Handle customer requests, or forward them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  7. Remain knowledgeable about the company’s products and services.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures.
