Job Description

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer issues and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Build relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by Carrefour.
  5. Remain organized and prioritize customer inquiries and requests.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management.
  7. Update customer records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  10. Adhere to company guidelines and applicable regulations.
