Associate Research Chemist
This position will be a part of our innovative Polyol Synthesis Group. In this position the Associate Research Chemist is expected to support the functions of the group by performing tests, managing analytical equipment and maintaining good records of experiments.
- Conduct lab scale and on-site pilot scale polyol synthesis reactions.
- Adjust formulations and process variables to meet specifications.
- Perform lab investigations to explore potential technologies.
- Assist with scaling-up formulations to commercial processes.
- Work with customers to understand requirements.
1-2 years in chemical synthesis from industrial experience, internship or academic research, preferred
Thesis or lab work beyond normal curriculum, preferred
